Forte e angelica, il corpo scattante da indie rocker e una grazia da quadro fiammingo, Delphine esprime appieno l’energia e i contrasti della donna Grifoni, la sua capacità di giocare con l’androginia rimanendo una seduttrice.
Volitiva e unica, Delphine è la donna Grifoni non solo per la sua fisicità: è una espressione di femminilità contemporanea. Nata a Ghent nel 1979, fin da piccola dimostra una grande passione per il disegno e la pittura. Si iscrive all’Accademia d’arte in Belgio, ma a 17 anni inizia la carriera di modella vincendo un concorso. Conclusi gli studi, si dedica completamente a quest’ultima professione, diventando ben presto il volto dell’avant-garde. Lavora con i migliori fotografi e i designer branchè, apparendo sulle copertine dei principali magazine di settore, tra cui Vogue e Harper’s Bazaar. Inizia parallelamente la carriera d’attrice: partecipa al film diretto da Felix Groneningen Steve + Sky, e poi come interprete alla pellicola di Vincent Gallo Promises written in water, passata nel 2010 alla 67° mostra del cinema di Venezia. Oggi più che mai volto della moda di ricerca, Delphine continua a dipingere e coltivare la passione per l’arte.

Both strong and angelic, a tonic body worth an indie rocker and the grace of a Flemish painting, Delphine perfectly expresses the energy and the contrasts of the Grifoni woman, her ability to play with androgyny while remaining a seductress.
Strong-willed and unique, Delphine is the Grifoni woman not only for her physical frame: she is an expression of contemporary femininity. Born in Ghent in 1979, since childhood Delphine expressed a natural inclination for drawing and painting. While attending the Academy of Arts in Belgium, at 17 she won a modeling contest. Only after graduation, however, she became a full-time model. Shortly after her debut, Delphine became the face of the avant-garde, working with the best photographers and the most experimental designers, subsequently appearing on the cover of leading publications such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Simultaneously, she started a career as actress, appearing in Steve + Sky, directed by Felix Groneningen, and, as a protagonist, in Vincent Gallo’s Promises written in water, a movie presented in 2010 a 67th Venice Film Biennale. Today more than ever before the face of edgy fashion, Delphine continues painting and cultivating her passion for art.
